I've only been following her for a bit over a year, so whenever I see a very old video of hers it feels so unnatural at this point, her old default model was of atrocious quality even compared to the rest of her generation. It's not a big surprise she only ever used her casual outfit for a long time and abandoned the default entirely until her update. I wish they'd update the casual outfit and the new years outfit to the same standard as her default as well, the angular design and the dead eyes are such a huge contrast to her rounder redesign. It's a bit of a waste, I love these outfits but she also never uses them these days because they are so different at this point.

It's just a real simple parsing mistake, it parses the thing wrong because it's split up in two sentences by the random exclamation mark, leaving the first sentence wihout a verb and the second without any context. The translation software somehow didn't make that connection that they are two parts of a whole sentence and then translated the second one by itself and got it… very wrong.

That's logical and what a human would interpret it as, but Google Translate often resolves ambiguity in the first person for some reason. Google sucks at that particular aspect of Japanese translation, so it tends much more literal than DeepL. DeepL translated it as "I got a lot of them" so it clearly recognized the sentences were connected whereas Google did not. DeepL tends to be more reliable but because it sometimes you get absolutely wild translations or weird glitchy unrelated phrases when it swings and misses at resolving ambiguity, it can be pretty funny at times.
