It's a shit mod host. Unfortunately it's the most popular one so most stuff is hosted there. Also if you happen to have a copy of NV I recommend you take the time to do an install of TTW so you can play Fallout 3 with NV mechanics and mods. It combines both games into one, so once you finish FO3 you start NV. Or the other way around if you prefer. You can take all your loot and even companions between games too like that.
