Clotho is absolutely up there and the only thing holding him back is being stuck in overlap hell, he does everything right and only needs to get more eyes on him to convince people
Lulu is similar and in fact does all kinds of smart decisions like rescheduling till after overlap hell and such however she is TOO overeager which makes it all come off as a bit fake and deciding to convince Necroxiii to become her exclusive restreamer is kinda biting her in the ass because it puts him outside the restreamer circle that people use and makes peopel wary about the relation of the two
Odette is a good streamer but isn't really putting herself out there and severly stuck in overlap hell

Hiroshi can be great at conversation if he gets going but can come across as awkward when not in the zone. him buddying up the dicksword also will not be well received by anyone outside of it and seen like favortism, all in all he seems a bit desperate at the moment but hopefully getting out of Anilive and being able to show off his trophy hunting can gain him some eyes and confidence
Nox is awkward but in a somehow funny way and she got a timeslot all to herself, so she will always stay above the lower end
Faelie is decent at conversation but not putting herself out much and stuck in overlap hell
Piko doesn't stream much and also took a break at the most crucial time, and right there in overlap hell all the time, also seems buddy-buddy with Mazey so people are reluctant to join her streams which all holds her back despite fun zatsu skills
Melody is as most stuck in overlap hell and focuses too much on music which means there is not much to interact with and thus hers become background streams or just streams you can skip since you won't miss anything but some music, she will need to do something to engage people or else she will turn into the pre-Hololive AZKi of NEXAS
Soma has its own complete aura, is super frank and open about talking stuff, good with banter but also feels very clinical in how he approaches streaming and whiel he got hiw own timeslot its at such a werid spot for both NA and EU that he can't quite capitalize on it
