Throw in a dance portion in the MV, make it catchy, and it has tiktok potential then too. When it's impressive enough find a bigger streamer to play it and shill it to their audience through a reaction.
It's likely too late now for a big viral video of quality. Best you can do is a grassroots strategy. Make art. Make songs. Make FWMC fan content. Share them with friends and social medias. Shill your oshi without making it too obvious you're shilling your oshi.
