I think that's the main problem with EN in general.
JPs were these... unpolished gems of content creation who were grinding for like years and years, and just continued to do it even with middling success because they actually LIKED doing content creation.
For them, Hololive isn't just a JOB. Because they've DONE jobs before. A ton of them worked in literal black companies and know just how much more blessed their lives are.
For them, Hololive is basically a big part of their LIFE.
They watch streams and clips from other holos, their RELAXATION is watching other holos and maybe VTubers in general. Their "work" and "hobby" are inseparably tied together.

It feels like that's not the case for Myth. They were given the same leeway for content creation that the JPs did, but instead of using their limited time in the limelight to leave a lasting impact, they seem determined to just.. fade away. Eating the good shit and just not doing anything. Not wanting to talk to fans, not wanting to entertain them, just... tired of it all.

For a lot of people Myth was their first look at seeing a sankisei-like group "box" where they were forced to interact with only each other - due to collab bans and language barrier.
But it's like they didn't build any shared connection with each other out of that.
Sankisei for example have many relationships. Flare being close with Watame, Fubuki & Irys.. Marine being close with Aqua, Fubuki & Polka etc.
But Sankisei to this day remains a strong unit. Even in the absence of Rushia.
Myth? The moment they had more people to interact with, they almost completely STOPPED hanging out with each other. Almost as if they couldn't stand one another.
It feels like those old days were just them swallowing their words and just making things work rather than a genuine bond.

I guess frequency is relative because I have Advent and ReGLOSS in mind. It's not a fair comparison because they're obviously mandated or hard nudged to do their weekly collabs, whereas management didn't manage Myth at all.
Mythbreakers was basically the most consistent and frequent Myth collab activity. Outside of that, I think they collabed the most in like 2022 (Twister VR, dance VR, offcollab, etc). There really wasn't many, if any, casual game collabs. I don't think they even managed to casually get together in Minecraft once. Everything was special or an event of some kind.
