Aside from the obvious Youtube culling which almost killed Subaru's channel entirely and severely damaged Mio's will to even stream videogames (and every other Holo, but these are the ones which come to mind), there's the other obvious lost media of graduated chuubas.
Coco's and Lulu's channel have an expiration date, if you want to download anything, DO IT NOW. Otogibara's was already completely deleted.
If you consider indies, then the amount of lost media is honestly saddening.
However, if I had to point at one particular removal of content, it would be the aforementioned culling of last year; almost every old archive with Capcom footage was killed.

Korone's Mr. Bones and I think her Pepsiman and early Donkey Kong playthroughs were deleted and/or privated. I'm sure a ton were purged.
A lot of Luna's older streams were deleted/privated as well. I don't think her debut stream is even available.
Everyone involved in the Prop Hunt collab (Lazulight, Vshojo, Pikamee, Karibu, Bao, etc.) had to take down their stream for DMCA stuff and whatnot (some time about 2-3 weeks ago). Awesome stream, despite the scuff start.
Zea kept a free talk stream unarchived because it was pretty personal, only in the sense that she was talking about feeling inadequate as a streamer at times and feeling like she's not good enough to be one.
There was that Neko PNGTuber that streamed for like 30 days straight (I barely remember the exact details) and there's no archive because YouTube's not gonna keep a stream archived past the 11 hours and 55 minute mark. There is a clip of her last moments of the stream still around.
