The biggest problem for forming a competitor to Youtube or Twitch is that those sites make the majority of their money through advertisers because they're massive data farms on human behavioral habits. If you created one for vtubers it'd make pretty much no money. Even superchats and memberships wouldn't be able to cover the server and bandwidth costs and no advertisers will touch a platform made specifically to market anime lolis and glorified sex workers.
