I think she deserves a lot of sympathy just for that. Kiara confirmed the other day most Holos don't get to pick the model and at most can make some edits to it to personalize it to taste (but cannot completely change/redo it). So likely Irys' was premade for lore purposes and that's that. I wonder if she requested a redo of the face or something and redjuice was either like "nah I like it" or "nah that's too big a chance, I can give you a bow or something if you like lol."
