You're just repeating back to me what I said. The best way to not eat 2500 calories a day is to do what I said. Avoid liquid calories, avoid junk food, and eat healthy, filling foods that aren't very calorically dense. And exercise burns way less calories than you think bud. If you're fat as fuck and exercise without making any kind of changes to your diet (again, referring broadly to the food you consume), very little is going to change. This isn't even debatable.

Although working out somewhat increases tdee, it cannot overcome an unhealthy diet. It cannot even overcome a tiny helping of snacks.
You need to have a healthy and sustainable diet to make sure your calories are at or below your tdee. That is quite literally the only thing that matters.
There are things that make this harder to do:
eating carbohydrates or sugar tops the list.
The way they interact with the insulin system makes one hungry sooner.
being physically lazy makes one fill ones time with food, things like that. Mostly behavioral habits.

If you are hungry, drink water. and wait 15 minutes
if that doesn't help, eat green vegetables. and wait 15 minutes
if that doesn't help, eat meat. and wait 15 minutes
then and only then have a desert.
Following that program is how I started before I got all nerdy about changing my diet.
I never made it to the desert except for once.

I have lost between 30 and 40 lbs and people notice me in a positive way much more often now. I am less tired all the time. Everything is easier.

Rewatching some old VODs. Build Atlantis is always a fun one to go back to. Her mention of wanting to build to conduit and how long it took to get there was a good date checker. The video was made in October 8th of last year and she built it just a little over 5 days ago. Time sure does fly doesn't it? She'll probably get to the rest done probably after the 1st year anniversary going into the 2nd one.

Also, got a youtube ad "commercial" which was a 56-58 minutes about Saving Wrigley Stadium. I wish youtube would limit the minutes on videos on what you can make into an ad. I try not to skip ads when I can but these ones really force my hand to do so. Weirdly, not a baseball fan but would probably watch the Wrigley Stadium documentary but during a Gura VOD.

Yes, the letter's destination needs to be written in ink on the center of the envelope. Make sure you have proper postage, which is $1.20 for USPS International mail. You can walk right up to the Post Office counter and ask them to prepare an envelope for you.
