Whatever happened to her and her branch?

>> No.8818846

Retired because their views were shit. High double digits at best.

Allegedly she’s managing NijiEN now. At the very least, she helped conduct the interviews, according to the fish.

>> No.8818921

aadya died from covid
vihaan continued his IT work
noor is part of the management

She was the only one doing well because ID and JP were watching her,
but not nearly well enough to justify expenses for the whole branch.
Apparently, she got hired as staff before graduating, Since she was at Pomu's hire interview. They don't bring in talents for those interviews.

also, time to post the little fanart she has

She was really popular in the Niji EoP crowd, or at least known enough from the EN collabs.

I found her 3 weeks before her graduation/branch shutdown, was pretty bummed out about it.

I mean to be fair at that point she was only streaming Genshin outside of the rare collab. Of all the games to get addicted to she chose the worst one.

>> No.8824674

I still remember the day when I found out about nijiIN. I was like why the fuck they opened a vtuber branch in a country who doesn't know what anime is and only watch pubgm streams. They don't even give chance to streamers to plays other games. I only find like 10 15 Indians in the chat

>> No.8824774

>>8824674
If weeb culture was popular here you could expect 10-15k minimum for all streams

I suspect there's atleast one indian who worked with Anykara in the past or even still today. Or else how would you explain noraneko obsession with naan and her subsequent real life India stream and B grade variety with the whole curry episode.

Bruh it's fake. Aadya was top tier at infosec, her roommate is probably never going to be found (and believe me, few people would want to know more than I do). If there's no roommate then there's no plausibility to the rrat.

I still miss her.

i found out about noor after that among us global collab and watched her from then, it was a fun time. i hope she and her branch mates are well right now.

this.
most people still see anime as "weird" in India and I can't understand why

I remember showing up for Noor's debut she was completely unprepared and didn't seem to give a shit so I never bothered watching her again. People they didn't get an EN audience because anycolor didn't promote them And the IN name but Hana managed to get pretty popular despite being ID, I think they failed just because they sucked basically.

the biggest shame of retiring vtubers is the death of a good design.

>> No.8831562

>>8827664
I've had a few IN friends who were into anime and as far as I can tell it's because of the whole overt caste system that's literally illegal but is still widely practice. The more they're distanced from it the more they're accepting of anime, but the closer they are/were to it the more foreign anime seems

>> No.8833778

>>8828595
I assume you meant to write "people THINK they didn't get an EN audience because Anycolor didn't promote them" and that you're disputing that. In which case, yeah. People like to put the blame on the big conglomerate, and whilst Anycolor could have handled them better, it's not like they didn't try and just left them to die. As mentioned, I think they just misjudged the potential audience of India, and couldn't really salvage their poor performance with a haphazard rebranding.
