Well if you look carefully for HoloEN, the more popular are based on how young they look. Gura is the most live viewers, then Ina (not talking subs). Both look young. Then for Gen2, you have Mumei looking youngest, but the exception here is Kronii. Kronii doesn’t look as young at all, but managed to succeed on voice and design. She is an exception IMO.

Young looking = cute to many people = views, even if they are lacking in talent or whatever. Talent is the bonus.

I also feel like at this point I could consider her overall pronunciation better than Kronii's. During Kronii's SC reading I recall hearing her pronounce a few of the same basic words different ways on separate occasions. Like when she did that toothpaste ad she said enamel as "enemill" and "e-nimal."
