A few are accepted, like people working for the manga/anime industry and similar (unless they're virtue signalers), and to a lesser extent pro Apex players. Meanwhile, anitubers fall as the most hated e-celebs
There are exceptions I would say, like Cr1TiKaL who has been comprehensive of Hololive's boundaries or some who would accept a Gura x Forsen (this may be only my perception from what I have seen though)
Personally, I don't like e-celebs unless it's like I explained above. The exceptions for me would be if they love Hololive and are respectful about it, and if the collabs doesn't seem forced by the Holomems or the e-celebs themselves
