Big decisions are hard as fuck to make sometimes, but she's made them before and she's capable of doing so even if she doesn't feel like she's worth it or something. I think she would be a great addition to the group, her friends would love it, and for as much as she tried to both-sides things, her worries about how to handle things when solo seemed a lot more valid to me than her worries about joining a company. Or at least VShojo, since with HL or Niji (which she also said she considered applying for at points) it would be an easier decision because of the much more tangible things she would lose by going with them while she would keep her identity with VShojo.
