I dont know about the others, but the Hoshimachi's EOPs are among the most behaved ones. Same goes to Luna's and Aki's where they mostly use emotes. Plus if the tourists are leaving then thats just good

On a serious note, it's actually surprising you've heard of Luto but not Shiki because she's a fellow Prism Project member and for some reason has absolutely eclipsed everyone else in subs, Luto included, despite debuting much later. She has a great design, great model and really cute voice but it's really suspicious just how fast she's gained subs compared to the rest of her agency. I've basically just assumed she's some famous person I've never heard of and that's why she's bringing in so many eyes. That said I do not want to know who it is. Don't tell me. I am not interested in that kind of stuff. It's just my personal assumption based on her weird level of popularity.
