They are decent.
Tales of Symphonia was the first one to gain major success in the west and some years back I heard someone describe it as "the best game you ever played when you were 12 years old" and that fits pretty well.
Writing tends to be corny but the battle system is solid and the world and characters are colorful.
Their claim to fame was having action combat in an RPG back when that was rare but nowadays their battle system doesn't stand out that much anymore.

They have more substance than Atelier games but they aren't super deep or anything. But their mix of active combat, expansive worlds, lore and character interactions is usually enough to carry most players through the length of a playthrough.
Except Zestiria, that one kinda dragged on in the middle because your party was small and kinda seemed disconnected from the world while the battle system felt clunky.

Tales of Phantasia is a classic and there's a fan translation for the snes. They all have a battle system that is kinda like street fighter, but also an rpg, were you juggle monsters with combos of low and high hits. Kiara sadly likes clutter on the screen - she doesn't see the beauty in simplicity. There always has to be a lot of stuff going on (as evidenced by how much she loves her props). Likewise, if she doesn't have the cat ears on, then she has to have a hat or two because she likes hats so much.
I would prefer it if she dials it down a bit and keeps her streams a bit cleaner, but at the end it's just a minor preference thing.

To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed in Bamco with how they handled the ambassadorship.
