What, no, the things that made her huge were her news show, the Yakuza 7 streams, and the ARK boom she created and none of those those had anything to do with her being a foreigner. You can look back at the archives yourself and see how overwhelmingly Japanese the chat was for all of those. If you got into Holo with EN or dog clips you have no idea just how much she shook things up because since then there really hasn't been an equivalent to what she was for the vtuber scene at the time.

Some falseflagging in this topic but if one were an actual fan they'd be aware of what the creative differences were about. Right after debut she built the Coco brand on doing creative new things no one else was doing, so as management kept getting more restrictive she grew frustrated that she wasn't allowed to even try to live up to her own high standard any longer. It was about what she thought people wanted from that character specifically.

Coco was her job while on this current channel streaming is just something she does as a hobby for fun. However she is constantly talking about preparing big things for the future and recently she's been saying she hasn't even debuted yet so who knows what's in store content-wise. Bigger stuff takes more time when you're an indie.
