First thing, destroy all chests to remove any valuables from the game. Set everything on fire that I'm able to. Then build a creeper farm to blow up Ina's house.

Actually the best way to go is building a giant lava-cast. A lava-cast is very easy to make. A giant pyramid. First you place a single water block, it flows down. Then you place a lava on top, it flows over the water and makes cobblestone in a pyramid shape. Then you repeat this process until you have a giant pyramid of stone. Lava casts are an easy and efficient way to destroy a server.
