Get her a Live2D avatar so she doesn't have to go to the studio for recording sessions and then have her stream more. She already gets pretty decent viewership when she does stream (3-4k) so making it a more regular thing would go over well. I would also ditch the AI Games channel and have everything on her main channel. In between streams she can still go to the studio to record her skits with that godlike 3D avatar so that aspect of her will still be around.

She wasn't like most vtubers now. She was hired for a ROLE of a SCRIPTED character. What you see is almost nothing of the voice actress. They had several script supervisors and editors from the start to tell her what to say and do. That's not to say she didn't bring life to that role, but it was a role.

There's this growing notion of 'lie flat' (tang ping) where young adults essentially work only so long as it takes to earn enough money to live a minimalist NEET life the rest of the year (sorta like people that work at resorts and stuff then surf the rest of the time). I think the idea's less 'don't play games, get back to work' (since the rules they've been making are aimed at kids, not adults) but instead removing the outlet of gaming/vtubers/whatever as a pasttime for young people so they don't really consider it an option compared to studying or doing things the Party finds virtuous.
So the idea's less that they're punishing people for behavior they already have (though that's happening too), but instead shaping behavior for the impressionable.
Again, this is just my ignorant (Western) interpretation. I find lie 'modern' social paradigms interesting so it's something I've thought about a bit.
