It's a common feeling I've seen around , nothing controversial. Doesn't seem like this account even mentioned Towa. She probably just saw it reading through responses to the vspo statement.
That tweet is implying vspo punished their talent only after seeing how severely CR punished their own players and owner. Could be an negative implication that Vspo are covering their asses by doing this, or that they are slow to react and are only following CR's lead.
