My oshi will stream for 20 years and then die irl.
I'll be dead before then, so that's fine.

But she already did...

I say I'm prepared but when the day actually comes... I really don't know who I'll react
The day when my blonde retarded schizo daughter says her final goodbye is the day I'm leaving this whole chuuba thing behind my back because no one is worth watching

The one-two punch of Coco and Lulu made that become something real instead of a passive acceptance it'll happen. I'll never get close again.

My oshi inspired me to learn art. I just hope that by the time she graduates, I'll be good enough to send her off with fan art that lives up to her as thanks.

I have a habit of being really obsessed with stuff but then dropping it after a year or 2. I will probably leave her and move on first so I feel no dread. Isn't that for the best? Losing one fan means nothing. I hope most of them stream until they are down to 2 views so no one will be sad by them retiring.

My oshi has talked about the fleeting and unstable nature of vtubing. Nothing lasts forever. I'll be sad but it's not like the fun times cease to exist just because someone is not streaming anymore. But truthfully, I look forwards to every day because of my oshi and get more attached as time passes. So I will be very sad.

My oshi graduated, disappeared completely and I wasn't ready, hurt a lot. Months later somehow someone found out that she had a personal Twitter account. She's happy and planning to open a new channel soon. So even if it ends, there's always tomorrow.

sweet release. hope she still streams on her roommate though, i would miss her if she disappeared completely

are you new to the internet? people appear and drop off the internet without a trace in a matter of months. if anything v-tuber fans are lucky cause they'll know the chuba is gone instead of just waking up one day having to face the fact there's been no upload for 6 months

Real talk, it'll gut me. Moona is a source of humor and happiness in my life. Whenever I'm down, I like tuning into her stream. She makes me laugh.

I have other things in my life that make me happy, true, but that'll be one hell of a loss. I just hope when the day comes it's on a positive note.
