Depends on why they graduate. Gura or Pekora saying they're just burnt out completely on vtubing or moving onto something else will still have people upset, but they will understand and move on as well, or even follow them to whatever they're doing next. The coaching itself might be terrible, but they have exclusivity on the big names so they will be the desired item.

Hololive is basically taking this world of vtubers, centralizing it under themselves, and then extracting a rent on it. Using these monopoly tactics, like exclusive contracts.
