Compare it to Matsuri and her (solo) streams are basically always tame and comfy + almost no EOP pandering.

She's fairly mid-tier though, isn't she? Maybe somewhat below mid, but certainly not nearly the worst performing holo if we look at numbers.
And she is gen1, after all. The more new gens we get the less people look at old ones.
Fubuki used to be the hardest hitting holo but look at her now. Again, old holos like Haato and Miko got a fresh boost from their breaks and big comebacks, but the rest of gen0-gen1 ain't that big when compared to newer gens.
It's not really a "feat to achieve" to decline a bit, and regardless of that she's doing just fine. getting anywhere between 2-10k for every stream like she usually does is great numbers for a streamer, and for holo standards it's very passable. And to top she still gets very good SC, beating out many holos that usually have much higher viewership but less SC.

Yeah, can't blame her. Getting used to tournament pressure takes a long time of experience. Personally I've played a lot of comp TF2 in leagues, and some CS cups. First times I got to playoffs in league seasons my hands would be shaky and cold the entire game, especially when my team would make semis or grand finals. Only after like 5 seasons of playing I'd get somewhat used to playing official matches, and nerves would still get to me a bit during playoffs. It just gets worse if you climb divisions up
Matsuri here has played only a few tournaments, and with usually much better players to top off. It's gotta get to you, especially with some antis bringing you down all the time. I'm rooting for Matsuri all the way though!

Well, I won't deny she plays slower, but there's a difference between playing slowly and being slow. She loots and moves around fast enough. She's just not that aggressive unless the team pushes as well. Which is just as well unless you're one of those players with godly aim and are willing to pit your aim against whoever you might fight.
As for awareness, just remember you have 19 opponents in your average game, probably 9 by the time shit gets serious and you didn't get ganked shortly off drop, you need literal eyes in the back of your head otherwise it's easy to look like a chump. There is a reason they have legends built almost entirely around giving you intel on the battlespace, i.e. BH and Crypto.
In that sense I wouldn't say her situational awareness is particularly good or bad. That's just how it is. Especially since the best way to get kills is to go 3rd party people. I know the moment I hear gunfire I instinctively gravitate there.

The early games were sweet.
The later ones could be painful at times with how many times they got rushed. Not even by one squad either, they just kept coming.
The one where she just got on a trident and revived them was amusing though.

All in all though I'm happy with Festival's performance tonight.
She did really well and kept her cool even when things rapidly deteriorates.
I think they could do really well if she keeps up this level of performance.
Although they also need to start planning their drops. The one at Bonsai where they weren't aware someone was contesting and split up to loot was frankly embarrassing. I mean shit happens of course, and I hope it was a fluke, but that happening in the actual tournament would really suck. Also top floor of Bonsai has enough loot to equip a squad anyway, grouping up to fight it out would have worked better.

The first two matches were really good, yeah, there's a lot of potential in this team for sure.
I'm just happy to see that Matsuri's keeping her spirits up and keeping cool even when they die early or she fails a play. She seems to be enjoying herself and that's #1
