From what I've seen of these streams of hers, is that they're very light on actual new information. You might get a few things that you wouldn't know if you only watch clips, but if you're actually a fan of the person she's interviewing you won't get anything from it. If it's useful for anything, it would be a barebones introduction to a girl that you're somewhat interested in watching, but haven't actually seen any of their streams yet.
