Saying she hates Kiara is definitely an overreaction based on what she said, but Kiara at one point was talking about how Mori was literally begging her not to leave Japan on stream and they talked often about their irl friendship being very strong in the beginning. People did like their collabs too so it's pretty clear it was their decision to collab less. So saying it's not a big deal that we don't talk much anymore really isn't true, as it's pretty much fact something happened between them behind the scenes to cause such a huge change in how they talk about each other.

Moving on to speculation, Kiara is way too obsessed with criticism of herself (probably she started delving into the hate comments as she didn't understand why she was doing worse than her gen). She is streaming rn and doing much worse than both Fauna and Ina which is definitely something she obsesses over. I feel bad for Kiara.
Obviously Mori's just kind of gone on to hang with other people and do other things. It feels like for her friendships are mercurial things that come and go with time. Obviously Mori still cares but she's a busy person with other priorities who is used to people coming and going.

Kiara on the other hand seems like she's a really closed off person who isn't good with opening up, and the friendship meant quite a lot for her but now it's faded into the background. I hope she's been able to make other friends back in Austria, or has reconnected with old friends.

I think she used the word "unfuckable" at one point... To be honest Kiara and Mori do share a lot more than just interest in Japan, music or the same gen in hololive so that whole ship thing probably made sense for them at the time (Cali was cluess about the whole Vtuber culture to be fair).
