Yes but she probably won't. It would require a very VERY big movement within Hololive for that to happen. Like Gen 5 actually showing up at her house and begging her to comeback. However I think the thing that needs to be asked in all of this is. What does she want to do. Just to clarify she loves Gen 5 and the members but she rightfully believes she would drag them down with her issues. The reason she distanced herself aside from her autism was because she wanted Gen 5 to focus on their careers not her. On that same note she has found some sort of peach with her fans on QQ and the Fanbox discord.

Another thing to remember is she has no good memories of being Aloe. She has fun memories with Gen 5 predebut talking about all the things they wanted to do but she considers that a closed book. Just from how she reacted to the anniversary of her debut having to commit herself to the hospital. I don't think she could ever separate the memories of that time from Aloe.

It did but it also gave her the means to get the biggest issue for her recovery out of the house. It isn't just the saviorfags though she had a mini breakdown after her SC reading stream where she made a ton of money. She really loves her fans but that also puts a belief in her head that she somehow needs to repay them. Anyone who spent time in the Delta threads knew we were predicting this current arc for a while now.

I think the main thing is she needs to figure out what she wants to do. It's hard but that is how it has to be. Either she grows up and realized she needs to do something or we just think of what could have been. On a bright side she did release a PV for her cover song on twitter last week so she does have plans to keep releasing content.
