If she sets her sensitivity to like 1/3 or 1/4 of what is default and takes 5 minutes to spray at a wall to see the general recoil patterns (usually down left / down right) she will already be at a good starting point.
Getting good at movement is complicated and the only real way to learn it is to play a lot. Luckily barely anybody has good movement in this game outside of high ranking players.

You can shit on the game while trying, I know since I spent the time I played Apex doing exactly that. But I think also that it would be simply more fun and satisfying if she at least had her controls and sensitivity on a decent level.
It's less frustrating for viewers to watch when the streamer isn't being mechanically impaired (e.g. too high sensitivity) and it's also more fun for the streamer if they can feel some real sense of accomplishment. The game's garbage matchmaking system will give an artificial sense of success since it sets you up to win/lose in a certain ratio, but it's always more fun if you contribute to the win instead of being carried.

Apex's movement isn't really complicated though, so long as you rebind the keys. Getting to a good level is extremely simple in my opinion, but a new learning curve starts from there, where you're comparing yourself to everyone else who cares about movement.

The reality of it is that is the case, this is her job and that's something that should motivate her. I'm not defending the extreme, I'm defending the middle ground. When you do work purely as work, it shows, always. Passion, especially given the nature of vtubing, in such ridiculously close proximity to your audience (relative to other entertainment mediums), can't be made up for by work ethic.
