I watched both, but mainly IRyS half-way through the event. Generally, I found IRyS' stream to be more... excitable with energetic. IRyS, Mori, Kronii, Reine and Mumei pretty much constantly talked to each other, with Ollie, Moona and Fauna joining in the conversation here and there as well. I heard Anya now and then, but she was on the quieter side. All in all, the girls were having fun and laughing at silly jokes (or the usual MC shenanigans, i.e: attempting to kill / hit each other) and virtually every members were involved to various extents. Was fun enough that Mumei and Moona stuck around until the end too even though both of them were supposed to leave earlier.
On the other hand, it could be the matter of schedule, but White C was quieter. The lack of back and forth chatting leading to mainly Kiara and Baelz trying to fill it in (others DID talk, mind you, just nowhere nearly as often), so it will be up to you whether you prefer that.

IRyS and her team were annoying af. During halloween collab I noticed her not noticing and talking over Kiara, and I think her ability to pay attention to her surroundings is limited. Maybe it's her screen layout's fault, but she tends to ignore some important things happening.
