Best way is probably just to absorb them under the Hololive banner. They're already idols and they're "inspired by Hololive" already. Add them on as a subsidiary, slap on the Hololive logo, clear up the backend of the business if needed and re-rig their admittedly already decent quality 3D models to work with the Hololive app. Perhaps even supply them with L2D if they really take off, any of which would cost money but be easy considering Cover's connections. Slap in a few collabos with the KRs in HoloEN and they're probably golden all things considered.

See the thing is that investing in tech doesn't actually result in a marked increase in revenue or popularity, as shown by Gura being the top vtuber despite having one of the shittiest models in hololive. This isn't like a physical good where the higher quality it is more successful it is, as long as it's good enough not to malfunction on stream it'll work for them and upping the quality from that point is running into diminishing returns.

Anon, Holo management has tripped on basically every step. While they're not retard tier, their performance hasn't been stellar either. Their success is mostly down to good timing, good luck, good talents and good dynamics between the talents. They're also slow and more traditional in terms of how they operate when compared to something like Nijisanji. The point is that they take the money that Hololive brings into Cover Corp. only to throw it at what feel like complete vanity projects instead. IRyS is doing very well and unlike the other "singing first" holos she has been constantly streaming. What this will lead to, I believe, is that her next batch of songs will do considerably better than her original batch. They were tossed out there without much fanfare. So after all the talks about Pomu and Baelz in term of memberships last thread, I was a bit curious and ran my little script through their Oct chat logs before heading off to bed.
Apparently, the floors of their memberships seem to be pretty decent, although I don’t know about swimming in members. Pomu had at least 1,900, while Bael’s were at 2,721 - that’s around 9,500$ and 13,605$ before any cut respectively, or 3,325$ and 4,761$ after YT and agencies’ cut. That isn’t bad, but not really super high either (in comparison, IRyS had 3,806 “visible” members in Oct and Gura, as expected, blew all newcomers out of water with 11,116)
(Those numbers are just minimal estimations based on “visible” members - members who did at least one of the following during a stream: joining / rejoining membership, upgrading memberships, sending chat messages, sending SCs, or sending monthly member message. Realistically, there are members who didn’t join during a stream and never talked nor sending SCs, so their real numbers should be a bit higher than that)
