there are lots of kinds of pillow stuffings with different properties and different manufacturers do a better job with different ones. i am a big fan of royal pillow's top grade goose down, though it's quite expensive and is nowhere near as firm as what most people prefer. i think the DHR6000 is still the preferred pillow for most enthusiasts, but i didn't like it at all because it was so springy. i'm not really optimistic about what you'd get buying one as an add-on from a vendor of daki covers but i've never tried one sold in that way.
