If you were implying there was some sort of connection between yuya retiring and bora's break, you are wrong. If you meant the timing was similar that's true. she had been hinting at a stream in her mengen posts for a while before the break, and the actual reason for her break, which was an actual health problem, was also in her mengen posts. she and yuya weren't close enough for yuya's retirement to have some big effect on her anyways.

I mean I think it's been pretty clear that Bora isn't happy with NijiKR's management and has been pushing for a lot of the things that NijiKR has gotten like 2.0s. And I could see the issues of lack of merchandise and 3D as also hurting their ability to develop and improve as streamers. On the other hand what would be her alternative, especially considering she's likely still in either school or university? If she straight-up quits, then she just threw all the connections she made into the trash. That doesn't seem like the sort of thing Bora would want to do. What's she gonna do, struggle into university and be miserable for probably worse pay than she makes now? I can't see her doing that unless she has no other options.
If she does leave, it's honestly far more likely she'll re-sign with a group like merise or Vspo, unless Cover toys with the idea of a new KR division which seems unlikely to say the least. I could easily see both of those groups (which seem to have far more resources than NijiKR at the moment) being very willing to take on a proven talent.
That being said it still seems that the most likely reason is due to either exams or cram school for the university entrance exams, which usually eat up a lot of time for most Korean students.

This is so silly, I mean the whole "big so less third party" take that streamers(and players) have. Besides Valk flying across the map and landing on your flank people still hear gunshots and just take slightly longer to run to you but at the same time you can't always count on that, there's a good chance that another party is closer and can respond and the worst case scenario being that you are now being thirded by Charge Rifle across the map.

After the first week more streamers realized that there are too many choke points(especially spider nests) and strong positions that are too difficult to contest and only Ash can really maneuver her team around a god spot or Valk away albeit less safe.

That's more telling of her habits and difficulty internalizing what's wrong + she's strict on herself which is why she likes doing these solo streams.

Her default gameplan is to deal some damage(not even cracking shield) and then swing fully but if she was having problems last season, this season is going to be worse with buffed PK which we've seen in her stream earlier as she gets 1-2 shot by PKs.

Her covering fire and ability to read fights is lacking, if she doesn't do that with a friend or full party might be worth considering that she doesn't get the opportunity to make those mistakes because her team is as strong or stronger with a synced gameplan.

IMO better for her to be in a party of weaker players because that forces her to adopt IGL mindset and figure out new things even if she won't be IGL'ing in the future. Her mental block is she sees random teammates as disposable and strong team mates as competition.

My points are when she says she wants to get stronger, she looks inwards and mechanical, rather than using her team and having a plan outside of poke and then immediately swinging.

There's a lot of could and what-if and what about here. Even if a strong friend tells her how something works if it's not being practiced then the knowledge falls out.
R6S is not the same as APEX or even Splatoon for Noah, the stronger the player in their specialized game the harder it is for them to be willing to learn. She has a specific point of pride which is why she chooses to play and stream the way she does.
A lot of what you mentioned is very character-specific and out of all indicated, she only really likes BH and Wraith. Her weakness is not character-related and more rotation and positional awareness(especially defending) and you see this when she chases someone. She runs straight behind them and doesn't try to cut them off at the pass and this is because she is racing for the kill against her team instead of utilizing her team to coral her target.

Yes she can learn from stronger players and even weaker players but only if she has that mindset instead of competing with her team.
And yes, I understand the pain of watching her do her solo runs, it's more fun with friends and there are benefits but as she is, I doubt that she has the malleability to collab for ranked. I'm indifferent to the map size besides probably needing a few more squads, there's pros and cons to the points I made.

1. You can have extra time to end a fight but the drawback is retreating and circling around the ring is more dangerous because of the huge mountains it's more likely to encounter the third party that was running towards you.

2. Fights take longer to decide in my experience because a defending team will not give up a strong position unless the ring moves them, the large size of the map meant to lower the rate of third party is counterbalanced by really strong spots that take too long to crack. If a third party enters, the defenders are likely to just bail out and then possibly return for mop up.

3. WE and KC chokepoints aren't as large to move around so if you need to retreat and circle around, it's less of a risk especially in WE's tunnel areas leading to/near Countdown/Launch. I can't comment on Olympus because I'm a douchebag who enjoys fucking with phaserunner or rotating around the map even if it has single box/rock+wall cover issues.

Again I'm indifferent to the map size and find the notion of streamers saying "less third parties" silly because personal experience and viewing is showing that third parties occur at about the same rate with the difference of being hardstuck and forced to fight unless the team is in the godspot with a Valk or Ash to bail out. (Speaking of Ash and Valk, good luck flanking without Ash, there are some areas where even Gibby bubble-walking can't bail out of or push into stronger spots, I don't think Wraith ult is as effective either).

If you look at the map, theoretically third parties would be drastically lowered IF everyone was playing edge because those have the least options for getting from point A to B assuming majority of squads are on the edge. What happened is people play center or POI and then push outward to the edge of the ring which leads to 4-way barrio brawl or canyon corridor clownfiesta where new teams appear behind the old teams fighting in the middle.

That being said, the Prowlers are trash and I am not a big fan of shooting wildlife for loot because it's looting with extra steps and being stuck at the edge of the ring or navigating a chokepoint area instead of getting to POIs with loot and more defensible options.

Former week-2 963fam here, used to watch her before her membership was even open and from what I observed the remaining mechanical skills she can improve on are grenades and focus. Grenades: she uses them to move people out of cover than actually trying to hit someone with them and will throw all of her grenades out early if it's the last ring and she needs to defend when it's better to throw an arc or thermy on the floor as the enemy tries to move out of cover. I've never seen her try vert or long range nades which I suspect is a mix of lack of confidence in it and because she likes keeping her eyes glued to the spot she's watching.

Focus: bunch of times, Flatline not reloaded into active firefight, walked past needed ammo because looking at chat.Slips off a roof and dies (which is why I wish she had more faith in her Pathfinder).

Other than that she has a habit of fighting in a specific manner of walking into a house, strafe and ADS instead of playing cover of the door or shooting in from the window or just hipfiring while sliding which would give her benefit of movement speed on strafe after slide. Even crouch spam would work better than single file ADS strafe.

These are just my observations and details that ensure someone would get flamed out of chat for pointing out because JP emphasis on AIM is GOD and would rather have a contest of who can click head better.
