It's kinda funny if you think about this fact: HoloEN was the branch that lauched Hololive to a mor global stage, yet all that attention is then funneled into HoloJP. HoloJP's viewership has increase wildly, all the big sponsors like Sega, Square, Xbox, Redbull, etc have been sponsoring HoloJP. This is like the ultimate box-push strat, using a foreign branch as a perfect foundation and launchpad to propel the true stars forward. The fact that HoloEN's great contribution to this rise can never be understated. HoloEN, and a small part HoloID, are the ultimate support.

No Petra got to 100k a lot faster than Elira, who took around the same time as Selen to get to 100k. Elira was at the time the fastest in all of nijisanji to 100k though, since beaten by eden-gumi and Petra.
On the topic of Nina, she is a lot slower than Petra/Elira/Selen and a bit slower than Finana to 100k, but unless her growth slow downs to a crawl she will get to 100k faster than Pomu and Rosemi atleast.

Not really. All of the projects that all of the JP 4 and 5 are doing were all pre-scheduled stuff that would have happened with or without the graduation happening. Usaken Festival would still happen but without grad boost which is really not that significant at that point since they were multi-pov. Watame's concert would have still been a thing. KanaTowa projects would still be a thing. Luna concert with Marine was happened during the grad month. If Coco didn't graduate, numbers would still be the same on her end like before but with just a slight miserable dragon unhappy with her restrictions.

There's a lot of "if's" here for How popular and what her content would be.
She's carved her place in Nijisanji and has a lot of friends there, but she'd most likely fit right in with the Hololive Blondes.

I think Toko's doing too well and has more collab partners in Niji than just Suisei in Holo. She's in a good position where they hang out all the time already.

Both Matsuri and Hoshikawa have done most of everything they wanted in their respective companies and could benefit from the switch if they still keep their old friends.

From the lower numbers, Akane, Lain and Kirame would benefit from the holo push and they bring enough to not completely overlap with the other Holos.

Choco is doing ok with SubaChocoLuna, but she would have more opportunities to shine solo again in Nijisanji while keeping her immense number of vtuber connections.

So, Choco for Akane, Lain, Kirame and maybe Kyoko.
It would actually be a fair trade and all parties would benefit.

+Matsuri and Hoshikawa have a 2-3 month exchange program.
Their models are too valuable for each company at this point to give up for good.

So, most Apex Nijifemales are out of the question unless it's Selen/Bora. Selen has the EN Apex audience and Bora has good chemistry with Towa.
