I've never streamed before, but frequently being on a friends stream has gotten me interested in streaming.

I'm pretty unphotogenic, so vtubing seems like a preferable way to do it.

I think I'd like to try creating a dinosaur vtuber avatar and do dino related content. Are there a lot of dino themed chubbas out there? Doesn't seem like there's many that are even in that subject field.

I only watch taiga. Rafi is my friend and I'll pop in occasionally for a few minutes. Aeri I discovered through twobreaths.

Everyone else is a mod or friend of taiga who I never really watch. Actually I just unfollowed the rest....

But yeah I only watch taiga nobody else. My first donation on twitch was 5€ to a French girl back in 2019 then I quit. Came back in 2021 and donated $100 to taiga on my first day that I watched him... I became hooked and donated rapidly more over time.

Gonna be honest, I don't think Taiga is any better. He's greedy, manipulative, and just genuinely presented himself as a terrible person, completely unrelated to his weird fetishes which don't matter whatsoever. I've dealt with him personally and have spoken with people who have also dealt with him, and seen everything that came out after his mod went meltdown mode. A good person doesn't do or say any of the things he did. People are redeemable, but don't put yourself under the illusion he's "better" than anyone.

i just want to vent a little. did a dead by daylight collab with femchuuba last wednesday. shes not a lewd streamer, and doesn't have much in the way of jiggle physics. we stream to similar size average viewers. collab hosted on her channel, did 15 minutes on mine then raided into her so no audience split. in three hour stream she had 20+ gift subs and 3000+ bits. ive been streaming 7 months, and biggest bit drop was my affiliate celebration when i got 1776 (us friend wanted to meme on top of previous). biggest gift sub was 3 in single stream.
i know not to take personally, but disheartening when this much difference.

so basically it's this thing called buhurt right, comes from french, it's a new sport in which teams representing a country gather in a place and hold tournaments. each individual commissions a set of medieval armor and weaponry and it's the whole package: a layer of protective clothing like a gambeson and hosen, boots, then chainmail hauberks come over the upper body and finally the steel plate. then they choose a weapon that has been chosen in accordance with the tournament's regulation and start beating the shit out of eachother in a big arena. usually in 10v10 scenarios you don't have a lot of room for graceful maneuvers and shit like that so your best bet is tackling and bashing the shit out of your enemy with either the weapon or the shield you have. the armor weighs somewhere around 20-30kg so besides flailing around you also have the extra weight to really give you a workout. it's very entertaining for me because i like medieval stuff and also like physical activity, thanks for reading my ted talk

you win by eliminating the other team, either by knocking them down or they surrender. it's tough to actually ruin the armor because steel is very tough, usually steel that gets dented is fixed by a blacksmith for a fee and chainmail can be rebuild.

depends on what your idea of badly means, there is a possibility of broken bones and you will 100% leave bruised and bloodied if you participate but the chances of leaving permanently damaged are thin because like i said being kitted out in a set of full plate makes you a walking tank, though i'd also assume some cracked ribs and other things like that happen
