Aqua is stuck in a bad loop. It doesn't help that she build her audience around streaming daily. She streams less and people complain, she took those comments to heart and got mentally affected. Ever since moving to tokyo, her health drop too and she is swarmed with work and concerts. Look at how many concerts she has this year and she has concerts in january and february ffs. She is clearly overwork and it is affecting everything from mental and health to numbers. If i was her manager, i limit her concert to one per year and let her rest so she can get back to streaming regularly to break the loop.

Aqua's decline was decided as soon as she moved to Tokyo. I hate to say this so much, but that has probably had the biggest impact on her mental and physical well-being, as well as her ability to stream.
Certainly, her ability to do sponsorships and idolreps improved, but good god everything else just started to spiral downwards.
I do think though, that if she hadn't, that Shion would probably be in a worse place, based off of Shion's own words that Aqua working so hard helped her fix her situation.
