Japanese songs all fall into the same "blanket" license. Get it once, all songs licensed to said organization are included meaning all weeb songs that matter.

Nope, every right holder registers their songs with Youtube's ContentID (like Shazam) so if you have even a few seconds of any song they registered they can

>strike the channel
This likely happens with a default setting so, if the default setting is "strike" you get a strike immediately after using the song.

Getting two strikes loses you more privilege and extends your "parole".
Getting three strikes gets your channel deleted and you can never ever create another Youtube account legally again.

Most US based labels have "strike" as their default option

I would say a few things. Council being extremely minor if anything. August, Sept and Oct are none of her knock out months looking at median, Oct being her worst of the year. If council was the cause it would have showed up earlier.
I would say that the primary reason is that the start of this month was extremely hype due to Sports Fest. And Pekora had a major hype moment at the Fest it self. This in combination with that she has been pumping this month so far, no breaks. I doubt she will keep the median she has at the moment of 34711 for the month.
And lets remember her median for the year so far is 30k, she might end the month around there depending on what she decides to stream.

Yea. The issue is, the EN viewerbase for streams is really split across two platforms, with Twitch being the preferred one.
In JP, it's primarily YT, with some old holdouts on NND and FPS diehards on Twitch, meaning its 'easier' to get people to notice and find you on the JP side, though not perfect.
IMO from a growth perspective, NijiEN fucked up by sticking to YT, though I know pride of the main branch etc etc etc would have stopped them from doing so (No, I'm not Twitchschizo, I just believe that the Holo-domination on EN YT is too much to overcome)

Im@s, especially Million Live and Shiny Colors, doesn't really collab with external properties. If collabs do happen, it's with other Bamco properties like SRW or Tales.
