Based on serval factors from things she's said in stream and other stuff (her ingame clock on certain games) It's safe to say that Gura is definitely from, if not living in the south-east USA. So her being a little bit racist isn't too much of a shock but I think it's more of the fact that since Los-Santos is based on Southam California and most of the generated NPCs are black it more of a wrong place at the wrong time then her targeting a group.
