I feel so bad for Gura. She's been waiting for over a year for her popularity to fade and her chat to calm down like the others. Even Calli has figured out how to achieve only 2000 CCVs so that her chat is manageable. But no matter what Gura does she can't do it. She just keeps getting more and more popular. It must be a terrible feeling to see the viewer count go higher and higher.

Not only do kids really like watching Minecraft, they really like watching Gura play Minecraft for some reason. People like to say that Gura has a bunch of pedophile fans, and while that's true, seeing all the fans of hers that are actual children makes me wonder if kids like watching her specifically because she looks and sounds like them. They probably don't get a lot of people on YouTube that are their age but the magic of VTubers makes that possible while still having someone with the mental capacity to run her own channel. Makes me wonder if more people made kid VTubers if they'd be able to find decent success from children watching them.
