Biggest issue there is that if you embed the Live2D model in the page, people can rip it. You could render the model on the server instead, but I dunno how practical that would be.

The schedule doesn't seem that much more useful than what already exists on youtube and twitch.
The model idea doesn't interest me, seems to much like an anime waifu app, you can get that kind of stuff in any gacha game. I watch the vtubers for their entertainment value, so it's not something I'd be interested in.

You'd have to trust whoever is running the server with your model data either way. Even if they were trustworthy the service would be a prime target for hackers to try stealing the model data.
