Because unlike in Japan where they can have everything consolidated to just Tokyo and everyone can go to the studio there, EN is highly split apart geographically. ID it might just be a case of it's cheaper to have them fly to Japan and use those facilities but the kung-flu have prevented much travel. As far as we can tell, ID1 and Myth both have fully completed models, and they could probably also debut ID2 and Irys relatively soon after that too. Or push Irys ahead of the others since she's not part of either EN group specifically. Had all of the EN girls lived all around the same major area it would be easy enough for Cover to set up a single NA based location that could cover the needs of EN, but that isn't the case.

Those models were commissioned by Ame for the anniversary stream.
She's got a guy who does this shit for her. Works well.

The official models are ready. But Cover is pretty anal about the mocap quality. So won't let those models be used without the girls on site and properly rigged.
Right now cos of covid they can't fly them over to do mocap work or arrange any kind of long term stay in Japan.
