Pretty much this, I'm in an odd spot because I like all of his "debuff" content, watching his splat and smash streams take me back to watching nnd and openrec gameplay and I like those games a lot, but I'm mainly there for him of course.

Astel is the only real numberfag in Holostars, but being a numberfag ultimately worked. I feel bad for any Astella that doesn't like Apex or isn't really interested in catching every single karaoke stream, but Astel identified what made him popular and he doubled down on it. After the Kaoru drama I don't expect any new Stars at all. I bet Yagoo and the boys think it's a miracle that the branch even exists. I didn't ever think a concert would happen, and yet here we are. Astel insists that this is only the beginning but 2021 was the year of Holostars and they probably did peak already. I kinda agree, at least when talking about popularity. 2021 does seem to be the peak for the stars, mostly because with everyone going back to work/school and just how much has the vtuber market grown I don't see the stars getting another insane incline mostly because I don't think those insane inclines are going to be a thing for anyone going forwards.
It's nice to talk about the present, but we also have to stay realistic and realize that the stars have already been at if for two years and counting, they're not some random upstart that's going to suddenly catch on. Aruran should be easy to tell apart from the others since his intonation and singing style are pretty unique
Roberu, among Otonagumi, is the one with the highest and cutest sounding voice (although he does go lower during Babudon's rap part)
Shadowgear are the hardest to tell apart from each other since they have nearly identical singing voices and blend really well to the point that they're nearly indistinguishable. The only thing to remember is that Rikka is the clearer of the two while Shien has the rougher yet slightly wider range
