I don't have any evidence, but considering that every time Kanata hangs out with anyone for longer than one stream she gets called a leech, she probably avoids streaming with people she cares about cuz accusations about those hurt her the most.
Combined with that both Comet and Kanata are really focused on making it on their own merit, so she might feel conscious of Suisei having an album out and sololive behind her, while she has done none of that (because of health or other reasons).
They are probably still best friends, considering they go way, way back, but streaming together is whole another topic. And it's not like they are avoiding eachother, they played Uno with Lamy and Roboco less than 2 weeks ago.

In the recent times, they haven’t interacted much with each other. It seems like the two have lost interest in interacting with each other. In one instance, when a fan spotted two photos of them in a photoshoot together (in which one was the most photoshopped) the duo immediately deleted their Twitter.
In another instance, they were spotted hugging each other. In the photos, one is seen holding the other in a high five pose. In the series of photos, they couldn’t even muster a smile or a word to each other.
I'm not saying that these two were never friends, but one thing is clear now, what started as a ‘friendship’ has turned into a bitter rivalry

There was a fat rrat that they were feuding and I half believed it for a long time. They have interacted on twitter a few times and were in some group collabs since then so whatever happened or did not happen between them is water under the bridge now. The ship is forever dead though. MiComet and KanaCoco too strong.
