Luis have a self-imposed challenge of posting a short everyday. Everyone else in HoloX give their 100% to grow their channel because they know they have the debut buff. I can only speak for Laplus and Koyori but they are HUGE vtubers otaku. This is basically the dream job for them so they can have fun while working hard. Joining Hololive is the start of their journey.

Meanwhile, I feel like Holo Coucil joined because of the brand and the journey ended when they were hired. They have a "I'm basically set for live with this job" mentality.

Because they are set. If they were another EN corpo they would be streaming and doing work/school or doing longer streams six times a week. Even full time workers in other corpos streamed five or six times a week.

You have to knuckle down and actually stream because subs, viewers, and money won't fall in your lap compared to passing the Holo EN audition. Is there any wonder why you see people with Holo profile pictures or user names in other corpos chats?
