I imagine she'd be in a game similar to Fire Emblem, so based on that:
Kiara would be a recurring miniboss, constantly reviving and trying to thwart the player. She's not part of the bad faction you have to beat, her real motivation is that she's jealous of the MC having all those cute female party members. As the game progresses, depending on which girl(s) you've had in your party during your encounters, she tries to get closer to them by various means, like gifting rare gear to them, offering them to join her and ditch the hero party (will not succeed except for very specific situations, but if she does, that party member won't be available), or she offers to join your party instead after enough affection points have been amassed. She gets more difficult in fights the more males you have in your party, but she'll raise more affection points that way towards the remaining girls in the party. On the other hand, you can cheese her any time by bringing an all-female party in which case she refuses to fight and lets you go, but you gain no XP for that.
Once she's on your side, she won't stop gaining affection towards your party members, granting bonuses based on the girl she's in love with and in the ending she'll marry her. Sometimes she does get affection points for males as well which gives rare bonuses, but reaching that state requires the player to balance her affection points in a way that she doesn't get infatuated with any single girl.
Players like her in their party because she auto-rezzes after a certain amount of time if she takes fatal damage and she's a good frontliner/vanguard capable of both dealing and receiving decent damage, and also deals a lot of magic damage, which makes her pretty strong and worth to try and get as a member.
Excuse my autism, but the concept seemed too much fun to pass on.

There can be no doubt, she is a qualified sword fighter. That combined with her fire abilities is a potential AOE melee damage, a fierce combination.

I hadn't thought about it before, but of course the land of the Phoenix would be good at flying. Since my mind goes to chicken first, and chickens are normally flightless, I normally think ground only.
The "sky city" motif is even in one of the original character arts from Huke.

I am absolutely and undeniably in love with Takanashi Kiara. I wake up every day and wish Kiara was by my side as she sleeps. I want to get up and ready to make Kiara a nice balanced breakfast so that she has all the essential vitamins and minerals needed to have a healthy and productive day. I will then feed her two cute cats a healthy meal so they are happys as well. When I finish making Kiara breakfast I want to gently wake her up by touching the smooth skin of her shoulder and shake her gently. I want to see the glimmer of her eyes light up as she opens them for the first time that day as they pierce my eyes. I want to hopefully see a beautiful smile slowly appear on her face as she says good morning. After Kiara is awake I want to go back to our living room and ensure that Kiara has everything she needs to complete her daily tasks without any issues. Kiara's schedule will be checked to ensure there are no conflicts and she is able to go through her day without rushing. After sitting next to Kiara at the table and eating our breakfast I want to take her dishes and clean them to perfection for our next meal. Once we have finished our food I will be leaving our house so I can go to my fulltime job of being a Takanashi Kiara gosling poster without bothering her. I will kiss Kiara on the cheek as I tell her I love her and hope she has a great day. As I leave the house I ensure to say farewell to her cats too. I grab my bag with all the items necessary to like, comment, and super chat in her stream. As I leave I am facing Kiara before I close the door. With a smile on my face I say that I will see her soon, and I leave to go get ready for Kiara's stream.

I don't know how to say Spanish rs but Kiara pronounces the English r sound correctly. However, you can tell the German r is more natural for her because when she does a trill, it's uvular i.e. she articulates further back in the mouth like a German r rather than curling the tongue up like an English speaker.
