after this long no one got dirt on him so i say he's pretty good, this might change in the future if some of the girls speak up, i mean he is a man so he is an abuser, racist and a womanizer, he can't escape that but all men are so that's not a problem for him

Suspicious isn’t it? That all the girls are so happy even behind the scene to the point of brainwashed. I’ve seen this hentai plot before.

He's probably an average idol manager.

Remember that nijisanji was first to market. But they are run by a 25 year old with no rea busines experience. This guy was able to come onto the scene, and basically copy much of what nijisanji was doing, except apply standard idol industry norms to it. This ended up being pretty successful, mostly because the market was pretty open.

>> No.15020918 [DELETED]

probaby an average businessman. Nijisanji came first and is run by a 25 year old. This guy was able to move into the industry and copy everything they were doing, but apply standard idol-industry rules to it. This ended up being fairly successful, mostly because the market was unsaturated

Lucky Otaku that's a genuinely good person. If he was an actually good at being a businessman, then there would be a lot more hate towards Hololive and the company. Even leftists don't hate on Yagoo. Which means he sucks as a buisnessman and is just a nice otaku who got lucky.

His tech is bad, cover talent management is laughable, support for the talents is mediocre, merch quality and availability is mediocre for the sheer size of the brand, way too much is left to the talents in terms of networking, organizing events and projects, and despite being one of the biggest streamer agencies in the world they can't even get permissions to play the games their talents want on twitter (or they just don't bother trying because cover's middle management is terrible)

>Remember that nijisanji was first to market.
No? Sora's debut predates Nijisanji by five months.

Nijisanji did, however, start bigger than Cover/Hololive. Where Cover was experimenting, Nijisanji already had a plan, and thus faster initial growth.

Then Hololive overtook them again thanks to being moderately more focussed, and cemented this with its EN success, while Niji flailed a bit on that before finding its footing.

>> No.15049472

>>15025135
>>15031198
Yeah, that. The entire reason A-chan approached Cover was that Cover was looking for a model to show off its tech.

The 'Idol' approach was then Sora wanting to do it that way, and things kind of spiraled out from there.

It's also worth noting that A-chan was, for the longest time, only Sora's tech support, what with being a schoolgirl. Basically no influence on Hololive's early development beyond establishing first contact.

It's only after graduating highschool and some failed job interviews elsewhere that she ended up actually working for Cover.
