Anon, please. Ina was definitely pretty decent during the EN x ID tournament but the main reason she stood out was because the majority of the other players in EN and ID couldn't drive for shit and kept forgetting to use items. Being pretty decent is also not enough when playing against players in JP that can go whole races without missing a shortcut and never hits a wall. Ina was also pretty lousy in the recent Gura practice stream where Gura seems to have improved.

RNG is only a big factor if you're in like 4th/5th place or below where a bunch of players can draw a whole bunch of different items close to each other AND if you're only playing like an average racer. Skill still does matter a lot. In last year's tournament Towa's controller disconnected at the beginning of the Super Bell Subway race leaving her stuck at 8th for a while but she was still able to catch up to 2nd place before the end of the first lap.

From what I can tell for Group A is that Okayu is fucking ready and the rest was a crap shoot with Lamy being slightly above the rest. Chloe and Roboco didn't have the most smooth training session, one of them can possibly be accompany Ame and Mumei (if the Zoku Cup is 9th-11th for each group) if both decides to fuck around and chances are that Mumei will fuck around, given she has zero experience with the game because she said it on stream.

Group A seems locked for Okayu far ahead with Ayame, Kanata or Lamy advancing. Chloe or Roboco, Ame and Mumei for Zoku Cup. And this is assuming that there's no RNG shenanigans.

Well, she seems to have insane luck at times, just like that Mario Party where she went from last place to 1st by getting all the bonus stars and also got some SSR gacha when she randomly decided to roll it in the middle of a superchat reading. Yeah all 3 of ID1 are bad, but that's not the reason.
They are in their final year of college, same with haachama.
That's why they rarely stream these past few months. (just go check all 3 of ID1 and haachama schedule/streams)
