Well, you gotta look at it from her perspective too, if she wants to keep improving but feels like she can't then its going to be frustrating even if you've got countless people telling you you're fine as it is. If "fine as it is" isn't the improvement she wants, there's going to be dissonance.
But I'm a bit sad that she is still focused so much on that, I guess I put a bit too much hope in the idea that MV Kanata happily moving forward also meant Kanata would be as well. There's nothing a fan can do about it I guess except keep supporting.

If there's anything Kanata understands well it's that being complacent is anti-improvement. This was proven to be true so many times by now that she won't stop. All I wish for is for her to give herself enough credit for it. Every single creative person has times when they feel worse than garbage, like they'll never amount to anything. It's normal. The important part is to move past it. And to be fair Kanata does admit she's getting better at times. All we have to do is keep reminding her about it. There was a point when Kanata started suddenly improving her technique each week, I think that boosted her confidence somewhat because people rightfully pointed it out.

I wouldn't be too worried. I was kind of expecting some rebound from the live to begin with. It's pretty normal to start criticizing yourself when you finish something you've been working on for an extended period of time. It just so happens that the thing in question runs pretty deep for her, psychologically. If anything, I think it's a positive thing that she's started to talk more openly and more frequently about her feelings regarding singing over the year. Also, she probably posted that because she wanted heimins to spoil her a bit.
