I don't know if it's a strictly Nijisanji thing to auto delete archives post graduation but normally it's up to the chuuba themselves on whether or not they can keep things up or delete them (Kaguya Luna and Nobuhime still have all their videos and vods over a year later). I know people who just stopped watching vtubers after Coco graduated last year and her channel hasn't even touched by Cover ever since.
