Even practice nonsensical sentence construction - you take a bunch of objects, write them down, form a story from them by filling in the rest of the scene.
This will not only improve your ability to improvise on the spot, it will improve your memory and creativity as well. Loads of people do this in comedy, acting, etc. I used it to remember a presentation several times, to write a short story for an exam.

The issue is twitch viewers have no standards with vtubers. I don't mean as in "low standards", but as in "they don't recognize that it's beneficial to the medium to have standards."

This is because twitch was never fucking built for vtubers to begin with and the trend all came from Youtube where the audiences don't actually overlap that much with livestream watchers. They don't really have guidance or expectations and a lot of them aren't weebs but just fucking loser children who watch friend simulator eceleb garbage all day long and have very little comprehension of otaku culture, the origin point of vtubers.

Can this be remedied? I don't know really. My thought's on western vtubers are a bit all over the place.
On one hand, western women can't emulate nip cultural norms without it being pretty disingenuous and cringey

GFE isn't a requirement, but it is the most reliable source of popularity and income, that much is undeniable. Calling them whores is a bit of a stretch, but it is true that other than some VERY rare outliers, like possibly Ina (Holo) or Rosemi (Niji), most have a high body count and/or even in an active relationship
