From what I’ve seen she seems totally incapable of talking and drawing at the same time. Chatting while drawing is the exception not the rule. Watching Kiara go into brain lock for 30-40 minutes during her last drawing collab was pretty entertaining but Ina filled time until she managed to calm down

I dont think I've seen a single vtubing who is terrible at drawing. Some are better than others with some at pro tiers. But every vtuber Ive seen can at least put out some basic cute anime girls bordering on high-/beg/ or /int/ tiers of skill.

I think you are using term "professional level" quite wrong. Because Selen, for example, was making money with her art, which puts her on a professional level. The thing is, Selen wouldn't be able to draw art from Ina's work field as well as Ina, but it's the same for Ina - she won't be able to draw art from Selen's field of work as well as Selen.

While the bar to "professional" is low, Ina is at a completely different level than Selen was at.

I don't even watch Ina, but an artist of her skill would take like 1 day to get to Selen's level at in her field, if not just mogging her from the get go. But Selen would take ages to get to Ina's level.

twig necks are a thing because in that picture her larger neck throws off the balance of her head and face.
people do twig necks because the proportions of the head and shoulders are wrong, so you have to stylize the neck in order to make it balance out.

but really just draw. you'll just suck for years and thems the rocks. look critically at what you draw, compare it to better art and question/figure out what you're doing that sucks, and practice drawing it better until you get better. find specific videos for the specific thing you're lacking and do that.
its helpful to look at critique videos, but not get critiqued yourself. lots of youtubes doing critique videos, reason i say don't bother getting critiqued yourself is that you suck and there's nothing anyone can tell you that you shouldn't know yourself. e.g. your anatomy and perspective sucks

She can maintain conversation with chat while still drawing at her full capacity and can go from sketches to finished product in the span of 2.5 hours. There is barely any streamer that can achieve something like this. But on the other hand she's a terrible entertainer and not that good at video games. She does drawing streams once every two weeks and the rest is her other content. That's where other artist vtubers actually shine.
