You're making the assumption that they thought EN would succeed on first try which they surely didn't expect. Everything after is just trying to play catch up to it. The recent announcement of collab merch after 6 month anniversary and the announcement of vsingers and Gen 2 auditions were a response to that. Other than a few voicepacks for Kiara and Ame and a few singles and albums from the main singers of EN, they haven't pushed EN as hard as they should because they are mostly a Japanese based company. Once they start doing anime episodes and 3D debuts, they'll get EN caught up with JP like clockwork. I think Gura mentioned working on 5 songs behind the scenes and she'll likely be the first EN to get a 3D debut around June 20th, her birthday since she'll likely hit 3 million subs by then at her current pace. It looks disorderly because it is. They'll get it running smoothly by the 1 year anniversary of EN, at least that is what i would assume if they know what they're doing.
