Most of it is clearly improvised, but I belev they have some sort of light script around some times, in zatsudans and the like just to not get lost or in collabs that they kinda come to an agreement on what to say or do before the stream, but I definitively beleb that there was an experiment last year of doing a full script in one AquaShion collab.

I'll bite; the majority use a vague stream "skeleton" written down that has ideas thought of beforehand. Stream flow, length, topics to talk about, the like.
Also a lot of impromptu collabs aren't so impromptu.

Aqua is very fond of the 'yes this is a scripted skit acted out in real time' in MC. The whole ending for the Aqukin HQ with Marine and Mio, the 'invisible CEO harassing her lackies' when she came back after her super long break, etc.
As for other things, there's probably points the try and hit on and improv off of there is they're doing a collab, like visit x, y, z so they don't get completely lost as to what they want to do, but that's not really a script and more like an itenerary.
